The YPA team have been organising the lives of those around them for over 10 years and have decided to take this one step further. Francesca comes from a sales and marketing background specialising in conference and events organising. Ilona brings ten years of administration experience specialising in HR and Finance. This merging of separate yet complementary qualifications and work experiences backed by an existing friendship was the perfect recipe to open their own business, doing something they are passionate about and that comes naturally to them.
